Hello everyone,
As you know we are approaching the Mardi Gras break! Are y'all as excited as me? We just have to pull through this last week of school and we will have a nice relaxing break. Their is an upside and a downside to this though. The downside is that we will have to complete homework over the break, so if you don't want to have these responsibilities hanging over your head try to complete them before Friday or even before you leave. The upside to the break is we will have a week of no school, no tests, and we don't have to sit in classrooms for 8 hours, 5 days a week listening to grownups.
We all have task to do this week and one of mine is to finish strong because it is almost the end of the quarter. Wow! 3rd quarter has flown by, better yet all of freshman year has flown by! I'm most definitely going to miss the kind teachers we had this year, but I'm also looking forward to being a sophomore and moving my way up on the toed-um pole of high school. Make sure to try really hard this week and rest up because of the retreat of Thursday to St.James. Who knows what that day will have in store for us!
