Hey everyone!
I hope everyone is ending their Mardi Gras break well and finishing up any last minute homework like I'm trying to do. I went skiing for the first time this week and it was definitely a sight to see! While I was on my trip I had a few spare minutes here and their to read Nervous Conditions, and let me tell you, it is getting tense! Nyasha and Babamukuru's fight, whoa, when I reached that part of the chapter I was very intrigued. I had started Chapter 6 the Friday before we left for break and since it wasn't a lengthy chapter I finished it quickly. Chapter 7 on the other hand kept me reading for a few days. I'm not quite finished with it yet, about 4 pages left.
I feel like I was piled on with homework over this break, and I was fortunate enough to have time to do most of it. People who went out of the country with no internet access whatsoever, like my dear friend Sarah Haymon, she probably had it rough trying to complete all of our homework because she was gone all of the break. Lucky for Block 2, we don't have English Monday, therefore we have an extra day to complete our assignments. Whew! Third quarter is coming to an end you guys so make sure you aren't slacking now when you need every measly point you can get to keep that A, B, or even C in a class. I wish all of you the best of luck the next two weeks!
XOXO, ksparkles77
